Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Residential service experience.
- Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues in heat pumps, air handlers, and gas furnaces.
- Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and installations.
- Must exhibit professionalism and possess good communication skills.
- Effective communication with customers and management is essential.
- Reliable and responsible for keeping company vehicles clean and maintaining them.
Additional Requirements:
- EPA certified.
- Strong record-keeping skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Clean driving record; no felony convictions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and be punctual.
- Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, crouching, kneeling, and crawling.
